      His Lesnar Feud in the late 2010s was exactly what it needed to be. Brock was tearing apart EVERYONE in the WWE at that time and that Survivor Series match did what it needed to re-establish the newer audience on who exactly Goldberg was.

      If he left after the Brock rematch at Wrestlemania it woulda been the perfect return 🤷🏾‍♂️ surprise everyone by beating Brock, eliminate Brock in the royal rumble then make Brock fight as an underdog during the rematch

    Those first 6 months were as perfect as you could get. The match with Brock in Toronto. The Royal Rumble and then the WrestleMania match. I kinda wish he would've walked off after that.

    Goldberg is Definitely one of the strongest wrestlers ever easily,And by far my favourite wrestler ever,Loved growing up watching Goldberg in WCW,So many great memories of watching him wrestle and how strong he was in his prime

      He was a WWE roided up cartoon character but in WCW .

      @@Hippityhop-13 Goldberg had many great matches in Japan, WCW and WWE against DDP ,Jericho, Raven ,Saturn Lashley, The Giant, Norton Regal ,Hulk Hogan,Scott Steiner , Rick Steiner, The 30 to 40 second squash matches drew money ,entertained the Fans and Certainly entertained me I loved watching Goldberg wrestle and him do the Spear and Jackhammer whoever he wrestled and how long the match lasted,he had both long and short matches

    Not into professional wrestling anymore. When I did watch, goldberg was one of my favorites. I'll never forget when he supplexed The Big Show.

    I disagree with what Goldberg said around 0:09-0:19.
    Even in late-2016, for example, he still had the power, brute strength & speed that he did when he was in WCW.

    I love Goldberg but his comeback probably accumulated to less than one hour of actual wrestling. He got paid more in that hour than I will in a lifetime 😂🤣

    Despite almost killing Taker in the ring I give him props for giving it a go, but it's not something we really wanted. WWE botched his run in the early 2000s sadly.

      I don't think they did. What were they to do with him? He was such a bad wrestler He would have had to be carried like he was in wcw unless he was doing squash matches, and they weren't gonna do that.

      @@johnm3907 He was close to winning the WHC. He shoulda have won it in the Elimination Chamber at Summer Slam, but because of the stupid Reign of Terror they let Triple H win it. Obviously that was a terrible move because they built up so much hype around Goldberg beating the Reign of Terror.

    I’m not a die hard wrestling fan, don’t really care about the injuries in the ring, that being said, Goldberg is in my top 25 favorite wrestlers. I used to pick him/play him a lot in all the og wrestling games.

    It was a terrible decision too. Nothing slightly good came from his comeback. Maybe only the ss16 squash had that surprise factor. Otherwise, he just ruined Kevin Owens push, the title match at WM33, he buried The Fiend, he had trash matches with taker and strowman. Just a failure.

      Kevin Owens had a boring title reign and was the right time to lose the title after six months. The Fiend could have main evented Wrestlemania with the Universal Title.

      ​@@comet6740 Goldberg was a huge star. I love Wyatt. But both Kevin and Wyatt weren't going to draw money. None of the modern wrestlers anyways draw crowds. WWE is a bigger draw than its wrestlers.
      Most people in the comments think that anyone can become a draw if given the belt. Wyatt Vs Fiend wouldn't have been big because Wyatt had lost so many feuds and matches in 2016 and 2017 and 2018.
      Maybe in the internet fan group they are big. But in reality Goldberg was bigger than them.

      Brock is only 47 and at that time he was 39 or 40 so of course he could lift people. Goldberg however was literally 50 at the time of that match and still got him up. His problem was he kept going after this run and only getting older he should’ve retired fully after the WM lost.
