I appreciate all of the boutique labels that bring us so many obscure titles but Vinegar Syndrome seems to always hit a home run with their releases. Amazing company.

Prophecy looks awsome..I'll admit..I'm a god guy but it's a personal thing I enjoy watching stuff about the god and lucifer story. It's interesting and classic

I've been a fan of The Olympics most of my life. It's the only major sporting event I go nuts over. I also like low budget horror filns. When a friend showed me Fatal Games on VHS about 20 years (or so) ago, I thought it was the best of both worlds! Kudos to VS for restoring it.
I got the Lost Picture Show bluray box set, the Fatal Games bluray, and the standard edition of Thriller: A Cruel Picture on 4K for my VS Black Friday haul.
I liked Thriller a lot! The standard edition is still very cool.

Nice haul. I picked up Fatal Games and a bunch of other titles during the Black Friday sale. I plan on picking up the Prophecy eventually. Mine haven't arrived yet, but they are currently in transit and should be here soon.
I ended up getting Fatal Games, Def by Temptation, Hellmaster, Double Exposure, Party Line, and Corpse Ginders. Have not seen any of them yet so I'm pretty excited to check them out over these next few days

I picked up the two excellent releases you've mentioned here, was pleasantly surprised by both. I really enjoyed the Prophecy trilogy, the first two being the best and while part 3 was a bit of a decline, Chris Walken was clearly having a blast with that crazy homeless WIG 🤣.
The Prophecy is absolutely underrated.
I was also impressed by another lesser known title called The Black Room, a modern American gothic horror which has constantly played on my mind since watching it. Would love to see you review that one.
I actually bypassed ordering directly from VS this year as I have had problems waiting in the past as a non subsciber and ordered from a reliable Ebay seller.
Got my "Fatal Games" about 2-weeks ago as well.
I ended up getting a pretty big VS haul this year. I did 12 titles, plus my friends each got me 1 film for Christmas so I ended up getting 16 titles this year! Such a great label to buy from. 😁
I liked the 1st one. I saw the 2nd one, but don’t remember it, much. Never saw the 3rd. I’m hoping Severin will start shipping their Black Friday, orders.

To be honest the more I see unboxings of the prophecy set the more I’m disappointed with it. I just prefer box sets having their separate discs and separate cases like the galli sets or that recent psycho box set for example. And I don’t like how the artwork is the same on the reversible cover wrap in the 4k case like the outer box and the slipcover. Where’s the theatrical poster for the first prophecy? Vs is being lazy on some of their releases lately I’ve noticed. Hopefully in 2024 a uk boutique label puts out the prophecy films with better artwork. I’ll buy that instead.🤞
