I was a clean, reliable addict as well for about 15 years. (I have zero opinion as far as this guy and drugs) Only a few people knew- my immediate family that I told and the people I bought their prescriptions from monthly. Just to get me going after waking up in the morning, I would need 2 OxyContin 30’s and snort up to 5 Percocet 20’s- again, that was just to get me moving to get ready for work. I won’t get into how much total throughout the day because it is just downright embarrassing and I’m so lucky I didn’t die. I was eating and snorting over a thousand $$$$ of pills per day for a couple years at my worst. I never called off and was never late for work. I was paranoid about anybody finding out I had a problem. My point is, I wasn’t just a “I need a Vicodin 5 pill every once in awhile” addict. I am now on methadone and have been on it for almost 6 years now. It is a lifesaver that I wish more people were aware of before it is too late. I couldn't handle rolling it around again and had to ditch the huge thing in some bushes, but luckily I ran into a friend shortly after who wanted it for her nephews and gave me $50 for it...
Someone jizzed on the chair.
😆
9 months later and the chair was super plush and cushioned!
Love your channel and I’m only about an hour South of ya. Gonna stop in soon. I worked at a local pawn shop for about 8 years. Lots of interesting (yeah, I think that’s the word I’m gonna use) situations. That’s for sure. Keep the videos coming!
Why would you even bother to tote these item into the shop for $20 I would be so embarrassed, Pete you have so much patience with these people
It's his business. Maybe next time they have something better.
"Well that's part of it -- I'll add in the chicken as part of the deal!" and their reactions😂
Don't Do Meth !
Love watching your vids on my lunch break
Pete is a good man, I could never do what he does. He deals with so many crazy people, and it's so awkward, then ego gets involved. But Pete is great at it.
Yeah some people are built different.
@@jefftraboulsy8631 That's right, I don't have the patience for losers, so I get physical real fast.
@@ChristoMac how do you know that you don’t irritate TF outta those around you? Losers? I’m sure that your life is going swimmingly with your peaceful perspectives. Get physical real fast ya don’t say? Grab ‘em by the collar of their shirt to bring ‘em in for a breath check? Okay Slappy. 😂
@@hoosierbaddy3052 LOL! 😅
@@hoosierbaddy3052yoo you better chill out, you don’t want christo roughing you up!!
Like the cat.he/she's gorgeous. Also like the parrot. You should definitely show it more. 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Tell us more about the parrot. Never thought a guy would like to peddle frozen chicken. That's hilarious🤣🤣🤣
Nice chair though. I have the same one from Staples. Highly recommend if you can afford to spend close to $200
It is def a nice chair! Had one for a while myself.
or buy one with poop discount for $20
@Scotty secretly loves Chryslers Whoa!!!! You must be a pretty fancy guy!!!
6:50 Says that drum kit must have been sitting in his garage and had something dripping on it. Then points to all of the heads and pads that have marks from drumsticks. Haha. He thinks the drumstick marks are drips. 😂
🥰 Ruby & Honey love cooked rice. Surely they know it’s human so it’s a treat. Rice is delicious and I’m glad they get some other yummy nutritional foods.
~~I didn’t think that chicken guy was a druggie. I think he’s a good guy with money problems. After 2 years of the rona I’ve seen a lot of people with serious struggles. It’s been lonely times - I think he likes you guys.. in the process of a little visit he can make a few bucks. ~~ Thanks for sharing your day 🌹
The way he was messing with his nose he may have had the Rona LOL but it's nice he doesn't let on that he knows and helps them out
He might not have been but there were a few red flags, his fidgeting, the way he walks around like his battery has been overcharged, the sunglasses.
He actually bought a stained chair!!?? 😩😝🤣
He is in the business of making $$$$$ money.
Gotta keep the help busy I suppose 🤷♂️
Love that camera you use. Really nice picture Thanks Peter for sharing your day to day 😀
Everyone is saying the chicken guy is on drugs but I think he might just be unique, he seems pretty clean and thought out for a drug addict 🤪
Anyone and everyone could be a drug addict without it being noticeable.
Oh boy you'd be their favorite mark let them do a little yard work do half-ass job then they show up at your door with some story they broke down the road or ran out of gas all the signs are there
Lots of clean junkies out there .
Anyway, I’d bet money you have ran into addicts you would be absolutely shocked to find out were/are addicts.
@@jaimhaas5170 Being supper chatty can be a sign of opioid use. I used to blab and blab and blab when I was high as a kite and also talk super fast lol! Opioids give addicts energy which is why we like opioids so much!
I grew up in the 1950's and in the movie theaters they all had a clock like that, they were painted all black, so the wouldn't reflect light, it seems like it was the only light on during the movie.
Why do they always "have things at home" that they're gonna bring in?
Bargaining technique, trying to make the buyer warm to them thinking if they get the sale there will be more business passed their way. “If you take this, ive got this ill bring in”
I can see why people sell to a pawn shop because it saves so much hassle with selling privately.
I'm a picker and seller ,I sell out of my storage unit which is located in high traffic area,so I do pretty good ,I also have a lawn business so when I go to the landfill I find plenty of good items people discard ,so I clean ,paint ,fix the items I get for free and sell out of my unit.easy to make it in America 🇺🇸.
Gotta love the chicken guy! That was wholesome 💗💗
He’s on meth
I'm glad I stumbled onto this channel its really enjoyable. Good honest work
Is that guy tweaking? I got a headache watching him.
Yes, a man with a crossbow and a playstation is just my kind of guy. Oh and he wants to sell some gunz! I bet his dating profile rocks.
Use soft beeswax on the bakelite bits on the vintage telephone, let it absorb in and then polish off, it will help to nourish the material. If however there is any crazing or surface cracks use autosol or any metal polish paste before to remove those blemishes first.
I’m here for the frozen chicken and the cat. Just kidding about the chicken but I do like your cat. It’s interesting seeing what people bring in and what they think it’s worth. You seem like one of the most logical and fairest guys around when assessing items. 👍🏻
First guys suss AF
Geeking tweeker
I hate to comment 2x especially on an older video, but If you all see this my husband and I had a Calico cat for 16 years. She passed in 2017,we still miss her. She was just like your Honey....I love your channel/cool store etc...but I really love seeing Honey😢😅
the crossbow dude seemed like a very chill and understanding guy. ik hes just got common sense, but it is immensely refreshing compared to someone making a scene because you wont give them $200 for a ps3, that you have 30 of.
Those battery chargers are a must have for every vehicle!
These people that have to give you the life story of everything they want to sell, and the backstory as to why they don't have the box anymore.
Do the animals stay at the store or go home with you at night? They are definitely spoiled and well taken care of!! So cutie!! ❤️
Only thing she’s catching is a nap! 🥱😴😴
The guy with the chicken is smoking that good stuff
