I mean roleplay reason is pretty clear. Remilitarizing the Rhineland breaks the treaty of Versailles, and it was better than war.
@Vladimir Kozlovsky I can tell you're Russian, or Slavic at the very least, but they obviously viewed Versailles as a treaty worth enforcing. It's up to the player to decide to enforce it (as seen in game and as seen by various responses throughout the world). Britain and France wished to avoid war in our IRL timeline, in an RP sense it is very logical to enforce the treaty of Versailles, even if it's a little meta
@Flossing Zoomer That's not how it works. They were clearly attempting to prevent war or at the very least hamper him from pursuing it. France stayed relatively neutral the entire game and got invaded, or back stabbed. It was clear the allied ideology was right in this very case and France paid for not following it. Not saying that it's bad for tommykay, I'm saying that it's what happened

Actually if it was 1 vs 1 germany vs Poland and allies not backstabing Poland by declaring help and doing nothing Poland could have prepared for solo war instead of having to show to the allies that it is fighting on all borders the outcome would have been different but what happend ? on 17th no allied help and russia attacking from backside it was guarantee lost war. But in the end Poland with weaker army withstood as long as France with supposed stronger Army than German thats about ww2 :)

@@tenacity25 as regular rp player I really hate the style the Tommy Kay games are. I got the same 20-30 ppl I always play with a few randoms as minors and it's great. They rp right, nobody streems so no stream snipping and the quality of players is decent but not ultra tryhards. I guess the bigger the community the worse games get

I totally understand Tommy, it's kinda sad tbh when I look back at the first few rp games. Back then people actually tried to rp and I personally didn't notice that much of the memy shit, but now it hurts.

Man multiplayer is super toxic, probs trash to play in but can make some pretty good content
"this is not good role play" he says, mentioning that they are role playing, which is the ultimate fail in role playing.
Rule one of Roleplay: Never break the masquerade. When I get a pc and Hoi4 I'm planning on starting a RP group and moderating it with some more strict rulings. I think that RP is an amazing idea in Hoi4, but it just seems like it needs a heavier structure, with temp bans and even permabans of people breaking the rules. I know it prolly won't be easy, but I feel like it could be beautiful if it works. I even wanna take the Idea as far as doing a Vic2-Hoi4 Multicampaign Roleplay, but the logistics of that would be even more taxing, but in the end I feel like it would be amazing to be a part of. Sorry if I started rambling, just have some cool ideas for RP games

Here I think is the problem. France was telling you "you did this, now go do that" or "you said this, so you can't do that" shit like that immediately switches on people's minds to be 'fuck you, I will do what I goddamn please'.
I don't know the server rules and if you can lie or not but the game players are looking to be your friend more than play the damn game. Last point is: Sportsmanship 'I lost this round, though I did have fun!'
