What is the offset you are typing in after you type in the station? Is the depth? Or an actual offset from the alignment? If offset from the alignment is it in inches?
It's an offset from the alignment CL. When doing this you would place yourself in the direction of the chainage getting 'bigger' and either go from the right (positive) or left (negative). You can see the blue rectangles (catch basins) as he does this.
For example when you are selecting the centerline of road as you are alignment then it will automatically create a pipe net work and use the Offset to place in the pipes
im looking but cant find the files.....can you direct me to them im a engineering student, im working on the drainage section of my project, this would be really helpful...
Excellent and in Canada where I am, will be looking at the rest of your videos. I had lot of problem seeing some of the items on your screen, the blues are so faded I can hardly see them. Maybe a white background is needed or perhaps it's just my computer setup here.
your voice is the perfect voice for tutorials. Thank you.
