- We started 2020 with a bucket-list winter road trip across Norway and Finland, this was a dream trip I had been wanting to do for years.
After a few beers one night me and the twins decided to spontaneously book flights, leaving us with around 2 weeks to plan our itinerary.
Its safe to say this was one of the best trips of my life, however there was certain places where I felt we didn’t spend enough time, such as Lofoten. The bad weather and snow storms obviously added to the mood and vibes of the trip but unfortunately made it very hard to film. I feel like we nailed Finland hence the big focus on Finland throughout the video, but now I’m left with a sudden urgency to head back to Lofoten and spend more time exploring these beautiful islands.

I don't think many people, aside from test drivers, are planning to drive long distances in a blizzard, it just happens, but you had an excellent attitude to take it as a new experience and make a memory out of it! It can get pretty crazy with the visibility dropping to 10 meters, but the bright side is that after it, a little bit of fog feels like a perfect driving weather. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed a jolly trip in the Nordic countries. Just before the epidemic closed all the borders, to boot!

This looks great. I don't mind the cold when there's all that snow. It doesn't seem totally dark and sometimes I prefer it when it's not that bright during the day.
Okay, I have to say that I'm a bit embarrass that I've lived in Finland for over 10 years and still haven't visited Lapland

You have to crazy to drive in a blizzard, but I’m happy that you had a good time in Finland and Scandinavia. I have partial Nordic descent, and this part of the world is on my travel bucket list. I’ll just avoid the dried fish snacks if I could help it, though.

James -RS I use canon cameras, go pro, DJI Mavic Pro and then I edit using premiere pro, but if your just starting out, I recommend using Final Cut Pro X

Awesome vid, a lot of effort went into this and it shows.
I do have some critique tho, you speak kind of fast, barely any room between sentences.
Also Levi is pronounces like Heavy, but instead of H its an L, while that doesnt seem important, but Finns appreciate it VERY MUCH when you put in the effort to pronounce stuff correctly or even learn the langauge even a little.

Rolling in snow between sauna sessions is a age old finnish tradition. It's supposed to make you tougher, kind of hardening steel. ;) Lot's of fun. I've been doing it a lot as a kid and sometimes as an adult with friends. Good laughs every time.

Wanted to visit for years.
I'm going up to poland in December and I don't know what clothes to take up with me as I've never been to such a cold climate! I live on a fairly tropical island, so lowest temps we've had is 10 degrees Celcius... can you perhaps do a video explaining what clothes you should take up with you for snow climates?
