Hello, thanks for the video. I tried a coil on my Evil Offering and I like it a lot(Cane Creek Kitsuma). I'm going to try the Cascade link next!

Thank you so much. I was worried that it would be a bunch of jibberish and no one can understand what I m trying to deliver.

Thank you for this, im currently doing a frame build with the sj evo alloy. Im a bigger guy and worried that the air shock might not be adequate. I ialready have thet cascade link too.

Great video! I just got the same frame and am considering getting the same coil shock. How do you like it?
How do you like the cascade link? Did it make a big difference?
Since the rear travel goes to 158mm with the cascade link, do you think you can now run a 170mm fork? Thanks

Hi Abrahambarberi. Thanks for spending the time to watch my vid. I love the Cascade link. Not gonna remove it. As for the ohlin coil shock. Having ridden it for 12 week straight I decided to revisit tmy stock fox floatX air shock and immediately noticed that the floatX was much more playful as expected. The coil made the bike stuck to the ground providing more traction and giving the bike heavier feel. The floatX made the bike feel lighter and more playful and poppy. Conclusions is. If you want more liner glued to the ground feel go with the coil for rough gnarly descending. If you are climbing a lot and want a more progressive feeling rear end. Lively pedaling and want the bike to move more under your feet. Stick to the floatX. In order to optimise my coil shock I am in search of a push Acs3 or vosprung smashpot coil conversion for my 160mm lyrik. The air shock in the lyrik does not compliment the coil. I was too progressive which made the coil seem to not be in sync with the fork. Having said this. Yes I believe a 170mm fork would probably make the Stevo a better plow machine... but it I dont really see a reason to go 170 in front. I feel if anyone needs to upgrade the fork to a 170mm on the Stevo...they would have been better off getting a enduro to begin with. Just my 2 cents. No right or wrong . I personally haven't experienced a 170mm Stevo so I might not be the right person to give that advise... I myself am thinking of doing it despite my above thought. I know I m confused. Just itching for experiences.
