Kevin definitely had some of the best arms, no doubt about it, but those bodybuilders mentioned had arms that edged him out, right? Now, if we were talking about shoulders, he’d easily be in the top 3, no question!
For me, the best arms are those of Phil Heath, and they measures 23 inches according to many articles on the web..............but there is one bodybuilder that you forgot in this video, and he had probably one of the best triceps in the business: Thierry Pastel, a french bodybuilder, who had incredible arms for his size..........
