Man Stanley I love the way you break down the word. I gotta own it,, I prioritized the wrong things last time vanity,, I compromised my values because I didn't feel worthy of being amongst the crowd. I didn't listen to the wisdom of positive role models around me. This next time,, I will not rush,, I will listen to words of wisdom,, I will take things 1 day at a time,, i will be deliberate with my actions. Ill ask God to remove my will every morning and use me as a vessel to spread light and harmony. Thanks Stanley your helping become a better man.
Yes we need to take responsibility for our own lives. Be the change agent rather than play the blame game. God will give you the power to transform if you trust and and ask Him.
I've been through a lot of what he's trying to help with. I've crossed the barrier of understanding my role in problems, and "owning" it. The problems I've encountered is whether I'm truly owning anything, because owning them would precipitate not repeating them (or buying into them again) I'd imagine. I grew up catholic, and went to catholic school and church for many years. I believe in Jesus inside, and God along with the Holy Spirit, although at times I'm not sure what's really going on. I never did get how preoccupied people get with the Bible. I just don't have that, nor do I want it. It's well-written, and certainly profound, but it's hard to pinpoint what it means often, or certainly how people use it. On Earth I follow a very basic set of rules that are very much aligned with the Ten Commandments. Basically, spend my life here trying to do the right thing-for me, and hopefully it works in other ways. What i certainly won't do is let someone tell me what to do with that proverbial book in their hand. This fella has put together a great well-thought out series. He's terrific at making points and selling the concepts. I wouldn't make the mistake to think he's not selling however, since I've been in car showrooms before. Is he any different? Well, that's up to everyone to decide for themselves. Personally, I take what's useful for me, and disregard what isn't. I'm gonna leave you with a thought of mine about the Bible, and people who project from it. The Bible doesn't belong to them. It's not their book. If you trust in the Bible as being God's words and value system, then naturally the book belongs to him, so listening to someone about it at the very best is coming from a third party's point of view. What's great is it's available for anyone to take a look at. A lot of people get carried away with the notion of "spreading" God's word, and that's when we get ourselves in trouble. (I have this funny thought about passing on, and talking to God who tells me I have been less than stellar in my Earthly life, and I respond that I followed his book so closely! He then says, "That's not my book." lol)
I listen to you all the time, and I'm amazed at how you simplify the teachings of the Bible and connect it with real life so we can understand. God is truly using you to lead and teach us🙏🙏
How do I tell my grown children that my part in the end of my marriage to their father? If I had not married him as I knew I shouldn't, I would not have them.
This series of videos is mandatory as part of the curriculum at the sober living place I stay at
Sober Living America? I answered the homework questions about it by just looking at a couple comments on here.
VERY POWERFUL... OWN IT, RETHINK IT, AND RELEASE IT ALL UNTO GOD!
16:56 I take responsibility for my actions and I will not make excuses anymore. I own it and move on and learn from my mistakes. My major mistakes

Good word!
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Owning piece of my past is one of the things I am struggling with right now.
How do I tell my grown children that my part in the end of my marriage to their father? If I had not married him as I knew I shouldn't, I would not have them.
Honesty is the best policy at the right time so they fully understand my suggestion.
I’m done I’ll watch
Good word!
