The setting for pit exit is in assists. Also fuel saving is one of the easiest programs, it's essentially free 50 points, I left a comment on the last video with two tips

F1 on ice. Aka any car with over 500 horsepower in the rain in forza 7. Except f1 on ice is easier because there aren’t puddles every 20 feet that have the rule “you will spin and crash, no exceptions”

The yellow circles (if I'm correct) are the DRS detection zones, I think they allow you to use DRS if you and the car in front are in it at the same time on the mini map.
