    Great video! I find that if you are unable to store your skis in a "climate controlled space" somewhere cool is best. If this is the case I remove the wax from the edges, because the fluctuations in temperature can cause condensation to accumulate on the edges under the wax. Over the summer this will cause rust to form.

    One thing you didn't mention about the Skis before going into storage, some recommend turning the DIN setting of the bindings all the way down to the minimum (so a 6-14 binding you'd screw down to 6). The idea being that the spring tension wont be tight all summer long and therefore wont weaken the springs over time. When Fall comes, crank them back to your normal DIN setting.

      Compression doesn't weaken a spring, cycling does
