If I correct so i think the answer is:
Inventory turn over ratio= COST OF RFO/AVG INVENTORY !
COST OF RFO= RFO - GP
RFO= 600,000(sales)
GP = 150,000( that is 25℅ of RFO)
RFO- GP(600, 000-150000)
That's is 450,000
so back to formula,
Cost of RFO/Avg Inventory
450,000/Avg Inventory
Avg inventory= 450,000/3( mentioned already in question ITR 3 times*)
So that's is 150,000(Avg Inventory)
Next step:
150,000×2( just multiply by 2)
So it's given: O/I +C/I= 300,000!
And again: the (opening inventory) is just(25℅)of the closing inventory!
So it's means: 300,000×25/100
That's: 75,000! (So that's the opening inventory, because the total inventory is 300,000 nd opening just 25℅ of closing invntry, but closing inventory is already 300000-75000(deducted 25℅)
= 225,000( CI)!!
