After trying this it got stuck on checking patch files 100% , i went back into the game files and there is a folder there called documents, delete everything in there and then re open the game, it will install a 9GB patch, takes about 10 mins, and then my problem was solved, managed to get back in multiple times, hope it helps

Worked for me bro! But after the verify, i didn't delete the patch. Once you open the steam as an Administrator, just verify it and try to start the game, no need to delete the patch. Thanks brother!!!!

I'm very sorry to hear that :/ I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you should consider reinstalling the game, that's the only option I see
This game makes me so fckin mad, 180 hours and last night nothing but loading issues and network errors, multi uninstall and reinstalls changing multi locations on ssd and hdd, sometimes it will work for an hour sometimes not at all always with the patch loading or stuck on loading. This game when from super fun to truly the worst I’ve ever had with a title. Fix your fucking shit Net Ease!
This is always going to be a problem for F2P games. We don't pay, so they don't have a significant incentive to fix these bugs. I'd be fully willing to pay if it meant these issues got solved within a reasonable timeframe.
the main issue is that this game requiers administrator privilege in order to run, this should never be necessary for a game. I also found some strange behaviours of the game an suspect DLL used by the game. There might be spyware using microphone and camera of the computer.
Done the spider boss and when I went to the next loading screen it got stuck on reshaping got passed that and now I cannot fast travel and all the npc are invisible

Yesterday i played once human without problems. Today, i want to lunch the game but it's stucks at 100% load and nothing happen. i uninstall and currently installing the game, i ddnt see this methode before haha ! So idk if that work, but imma do an update, if the problem still here after the download.
ok so, the same problem happened. Game stuck at 100% load. i shut down Steam goes to the task manager to verify steam isnt running at all run steam as administrator verify integrity of game file start the game FROM STEAM and it worked ! when i lunched the game, it download it back the patchs, then applies the shaders, and then the game started !!!

Did everything, unfortunately the patch kept returning. And when deleting the patch there's always an error.

First time it worked. now i got the same prob again and the fix dont work :X Still stuck at 100%
Just wait at the 100%, took me a few hours to work at one point when I tried, and when I left the pc and came back, the game was opened
its redownloading all the files when i open the game.
