Moffat, you must do a musical Doctor Who episode for the sole purpose of bringing Jack back and having him sing. You don't even need to involve the main cast really, just have one episode where it's John Barrowman in costume singing for 45 minutes, occasionally change a lyric to put in a few Torchwood references and have a few monsters spring out for Jack to dispatch easily without missing a note in the process. Make it the Doctor-lite episode for the year.
