This Spotted Deer made its way home to the wild from our centre!

The Spotted Deer, also known as the Chital, is native to the Indian subcontinent. With their reddish-brown and white-spotted coat, they can be seen in grasslands and forests, often in packs of up to 100. These deer are quite commonly found here in Bangalore in places such as the Turahalli Forest.
