- At Miss World 2014, we paid tribute to Julia Morley, Chairman and CEO of the Miss World Organisation.
Having been involved since 1965, Julia transformed the competition when she created the 'Beauty with a Purpose' Ethos in 1972.
Since then, countless underprivileged and vulnerable people have benefited from the tireless work the Miss World Organisation and all of its subsidiary's have undertaken under the banner 'Beauty with a purpose'.

I am truly touched, specially at the last moment, when Miss world 1994 Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Miss world 2013 Megan Young and special guest Miss World 1953 Denise Perrier honoured Jula Morley - They hugged each other, smiled and really their gesture, their bonding is so special and warm. Truly heartiest. Long live Julia Morley. God is with her.
