The three girls in the chorus wearing white capes in the middle of the performance reminded me of the white costumes that BABYMETAL wore only once when they debuted. The back view of those 3 girls... Makes me cry 😭.
Welcome back to the Foxhole and BabyMetal's metalverse 🦊🤘🌐 It really surprise everyone this new version of Monochrome, but we shouldn't, since we already know they released piano version of another songs before. This version is getting attraction for new reactors and hopefully this new side of BM will get many more new fans. Love this piano version, i just hope no ones called this "Unfinished Version" 😅 The extra backing chorus dressed in white did a great a job, thou I'm not really sure who might be, maybe them with the third new member? OTFGK. Now i can't wait for the live proshot version performed at Makuhari Messe 2023, one of the highlights when SuMetal made everyone raised their phones and illuminate this dark world while humming the song. The chorus can't be them because part of the premise of The First Take is all performers are performing with each other in real time so no back tracking, looping or dubbing. I believe the chorus is comprised of studio session backing vocalists.

Please react to Akatsuki at Budokan Black Night 2014 (sorry if you already did and I didn't remember) and the Legend 1997 unfinished version.
I haven't actually reacted to any of the older BM stuff, or the live stuff, because I had watched a ton of it and have followed BM for so long before I started the channel, so it wouldn't be 'new' to me. BUT, I will look for some clips that might be a first for me and do those.

When a comedy Actor (like Jim Carrey or Dieter Hallervorden) does a Drama it has double the Impact!!!! I think because many Comedy Actors have a lot of sadness hidden inside them and when they show it, it feels so pure... Well back to Babymetal. Monochrome is in my opinion the very best of the new songs and im blown away by this pure and angelic Version! Su-Metal ist simply the best female metal Singer I've ever heard and now i hope so much that they will one Day make an Acoustic Album or with an Orchestra! 😀 The only downside is that i miss now Yui even more... 😞 BABYMETAL is only complete with her.

Yeah exactly. It shows a totally different side of them, especially from what people that have only heard bits and pieces of BM before.
Reminds me so much of Little Su, aged 8 to 10, performing at a mall. Same Mona Lisa smile, same directness, same Queen.
We all knew what a great singer Su is, but wow, she took it to another level we've never really heard before.
Just an amazingly, smooth and stable vocal performance. She's a total pro.

I'm with you brother! This made me cry when on my 10th time watching it. Pretty sure no one had seen them in this environment before.
It gave me a whole new appreciation for the album version of, 'Monochrome.' Goosebumps every time!

I've said it before but I love how it feels they're incorporating Moa into the vocal side of things more than ever.
