as a fresh graduate myself, unfortunately, we have to do better guys. jobs are scarce but we gotta try harder to find jobs kan? sampai bila nak menganggur.
I'm a recruiter myself, and I couldn't agree more on the points that was discussed. It's a dog eat dog world out there. Grads need to compete, if not sure left out. Grab the opportunities and learn and grow. All the best guys.
Malaysian employers expect graduates to do janitor work right up to scientist level efficiency for RM 1800 per month. They criticise a lot, shove work at the last hours of work of the day and demand it to be done by a set time. Micro managing, no appreciation. Thank god I became self employed and RICHER than their pittance monthly salary.
no need fresh grad lah.. my sister almost 40yrs old change job because she don't like the pay, the job scope. change2, company lingkup. Now penanam anggur berjaya di KL. KL you knowww... who pay her lifestyle? a degree holder, me. she have master also no use. hard job scope lah, this lah, not nice location lah. lanjiaaaooo...
@@Ali_art overqualified takpe.. tapi dah ada yang sudi, dia tolak pula. Minta penampar namanya. Ingat kita kerja menyuap mulut dia agaknya. Mulut mak sendiri pun dah payah ni
9:20 respect is actually a form given to the ppl who hold responsibility over you. You know like parent, teachers etc. If your senior had been given responsibility to teach you how to do the job then they're entitled to it
Saying fresh graduate demands salary but then stated your first salary expectations as rm 3000 above. Dey, please laa, you are also a hypocrite. You know what my demand is? RM 1800, for and admin degree from uitm, in Melaka. I can't go higher cuz nobody would emloy me here. Minus here and there I got rm 1200. Thats my actual salary is. Luckily i studied in uitm, at least my pt loan not that high.
