The song is more of a Generational divide song, there's lot of references to things our elders generally tell us when being a bit dismissive such as "Back in my day we (insert cliche like walked uphill both ways in the snow)" or just in general telling us that the only right way to do things is how we did them, with the guys saying basically "Yeah, that may have been how it was when you were a kid, but things are different now." The age old argument between old and young lol Like another user said "Gone Days" is wordplay on the word "ggondae"/"kkongdae" which refers to a person who generally is meant to guide you like a teacher or boss, but who has a poor attitude about it. Like a lot of things, Skz is great at dissing JYP or other things (like Mnet) without outright saying so.

Put simply , a Kkondae is a person that believes his or her experiences should affect the experiences of others . They usually use phrases like " back in my day ... " to nag at the newer generation , and skz here are giving them a message that " thank you for worrying about me but rather than nagging at me everytime , believe in me sometimes.
