I love egg roll in a bowl! I make mine with shredded chicken for zero points and add minced garlic to saute and use soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil to season it. It's amazing that way!😋

We love egg roll in a bowl in my house! My recipe is a little different but very tasty. I serve mine over rice or cauliflower rice. Question- if you want to answer- how do you resist all the treats and snacks you get for the rest of your family? I hate to deprive my family but I'm struggling to not eat it too.
I make sure to have snacks I like and to save room for those when I feel snacky or want theirs!

I will have to try that recipe! I have seen Kim on "the Wads" make it before, but it seems like hers was quite abit more entailed! love the simplicity of this one! When I make them using the egg roll wrappers I always use pork sausage, I love teriyaki sauce tho! thanks for sharing! xoxo
