frunifra2 Throw the arms man. Hard as you can and it helps so much, don't stop your arms. Also make sure to push off with your toes and go straight up, you'll get it in no time👌💯

I'm first a tricker and that's how I started. But I also do stuff on tramp when I start to get so tired I stop landing ground in sessions, so I have a good balance
