Oh my god. I just heard him solo on radio’s LiveWire in Portland and he was just hilarious and effortlessly witty, but had huge understated charisma like fucking Ron Perlman. But also brilliant and contemporary and aware like fucking Todd Snyder. But also apparently some kind of a local gravity well for really talented musicians, like he’s got a spare 1999 Counting Crows or a… -well frankly this exceeds comparison.
