When I first watched him on Ellen I was baffled by the fact that he had a lady with him as an "interpreter". He can speak English, but he is not confident in his ability and the thought that I had was that he should take steps to improve his grasp of English. I hope he takes everything you said to heart and become proactive in taking control of his career. I am touched by the immense number of RUclips reactors to his AGT performances and the positive and supportive comments. It kinda blows my mind. Celine Dion knew no English when she was "discovered". I read they took her in hand and made her either go to English classes or got her a tutor BEFORE they sent her out. She was just a homely little girl with a big voice before her husband/agent took her in hand. I'm the same with French. I can speak enough to get somewhere but speak to me in french and I have no idea what you're saying. Marcelito is a fast learner. He does speak some English, just doesn't understand it when someone speaks to him in English. We all want him to succeed. He's got so much talent that it's a sin to let it go to waste. But he must do it for himself. We can't do it for him. He has to believe in himself, like we believe in him. I just love him!

Agt: they really wanted Marcelito to perform for the show, they knew that Marcelito is a great great market. Marcelito engagements is topnotch. Most of the video reactions is about him, so they really knew that it would help the show skyrocketing the number of views.

In other words, Marcelito needs a great manager that can take advantage of his current fame and raise it in another level. Also imo he needs to hire a song writer for him to make his own album internationally. Also You Tube is his friend so he can also take advantage of it by creating more not only about song covers but also about some of his daily like or routines and so on.

Win or Loss, Justice or injustice, For us he is the winner in this so called AGT. AGT is a good exposure for him and through this we see who is fare and unfare too. I don't know what's wrong with the ears of one of the judges. It's so disgusting that some people have to be unfair because we are Filipinos. Modesty aside, we're not only good in singing, we're good too in boxing, in all the beauty contest and the likes. Marcelito released an interview that Simon already chosen a song for him, he quote that its not as operatic and not a song usualy sang in contest as what he is used to singing. Hope he can deliver it as smoothly as he could. We are rooting for him! Go Marcelito.

Very well thought out video with tons of advice. I hope Marcelito does listen to this, hires professionals to do these things regularly with his channel, facebook postings etc and gets an agent in the US to represent him and book GOOD gigs for him. When he comes to the US, he usually caters to a Filipino audience not realizing that there are millions of people in the US and the world who would pay to see him who are not Filipino. I have and I was one of the few Caucasians there. There is low hanging fruit that he's not picking and he's leaving money on the table. He has made nothing from all the reactors that have reacted to his video and made money from it. His current record company, Star I think, has does nothing with him or for him for years and he needs to find a better music company that will promote and produce quality recordings of him so that his fans don't have to download bad homemade videos just to hear him and watch him as part of the magic is watching him. He must strike while the iron is hot to get his career moving. Because of that Wish bus video made in Dec 2016, he has quite a fan base all over the world and now is the time to reap the benefits of it. I hope he realizes that he can't do it alone and to get big rewards he's going to have to hire professionals to help him and most of all he needs to realize how really special and unique he is.

Marcelito should do home schooling for his educational attainment and get tutorial lessons on personality development, social graces, etc. These things will definitely boost his self-confidence as a performer off and on stage. Someone has to teach him English pronunciations as well as with other foreign words. It is true that being a performer he should be able to inspire and excite his audience, he should be able to sing, dance, act, attract attention and make them laugh with his jokes in between songs. Make his audience feel alive and not get bored. John Master Lee has the experience and ability to mold Marcelito into a great entertainer. There is another vlogger who is also a supporter of Marcelito, the vlogger for MGN, he could join forces with John Master Lee as another Talent Manager. Well this is actually not a big deal of an idea, only my opinion.

Been listening to Marcelito for years.He is a fantastic singer if you listen to his songs from Philippines you will see how fantastic he is.When he sang for the first time on AGT champions the judge's pretended to be surprised, LAUGHABLE, he had sung in America before and was famous before.
