- With any luck I haven't muddled the German pronunciation too badly...
427 explores the history of the station wagon, or estate car under the Mercedes Benz marque before the factory began offering their own Kombis in 1978
We take a look at Lueg, Binz, Miesen, IMA Universals, Crayford and more
Great that you included the Adenauer estates.
Incredibly well researched. I've tried to research myself on this matter so I know how little is out there on the internets, that's why I'm so impressed you have gathered so much information that I didn't know beforehand. You should continue writing about cars and doing more films like this, you definitely have a knack for it.
Thank you Ingvar, that means a lot!
Very comprehensive overview, mostly accurate and complete. I am a Mercedes Binz, Universal & Crayford wagon owner and quite knowledgeable in those cars. If you plan to make any future videos on that subject in particular, let me know. I will give you additional photo or video content and feedback if needed.
Thank you Chris! I may well take you up on that!
Great research! I´ve just acquired a W111 230s estate in Portugal built by the Movauto factory near Lisbon. Gorgeous curved back window in a similar style to the coune conversion that you've showed
I think we saw a photo of yours the other day - it looks absolutely lovely!
Wonderful video great acknowledgement of lovely Estate 🚗.
My compliments my friend.
Awesome video / vlog regarding the Mercedes Benz station wagon conversion eventhough back in the 1970s 1980s existed a Wagon.
