1 cabbage.
1 carrot.
1-2 eggs.
3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
3-4 tablespoons of flour.
1 teaspoon baking soda (optional).
Salt.
Vegetable oil for frying.

I gotta say it do look good because I love cabbage, and just on the looks I'ma give it a solid 7 only because without having tried it yet it looks like the cabbage in the middle may still be raw-ish. If the middle cooks through I'm going to give it a 9.5

Pacific Northwest America here. Historically i haven't really tried many cabbage dishes but this is starting to make me curious. 😊
There's a Korean dish that is like a pancake and has carrots and veggies in it and they have a soy sauce that they take with it including red pepper, a bit of vinegar and something else I can't remember (sesame seeds?) Anyway I'm wondering if these awesome cabbage patties would pair with a sauce similar to that. The sour cream and dill I love so much on combination with so many things. I love the video 10/10! 👍😁
