As a person born in Kyoto. I am telling you you should spend about half of your stay in Japan at Kyoto. The rest you can spend in Tokyo, but it's really worth it to visit Kyoto

この後くらいから京都には観光客の波が訪れて、特に外国人観光客が増えました。経済的に良かったと言われましたが、ここに住む住人にとっては何もない平日でさえごった返して通勤通学の電車に乗れない事もあり、とても困った日々でした。今は日本ではコロナが落ち着き、日本人観光客が大勢来られてます。
