I need so badly a metal version from this song. More agressive guitars, double bass drum and heavier sound. This song is a well written song, all the accords, riffs and harmonies are in right position, your voice has the strength to sing this masterpiece in metal like Rob Halford in Judas Priest.
I would absolutely love to do a an officially metal version! Honestly, when we perform it live I could up the tempo, grab an extra E-guitar -chomp some distortion chords, and have the drums just play it a little heavier! Love the idea

under the intro and the verse the drum is a solid, not too fast double bass, like in the Red Hot from the Mötley Crüe.
The bass guitar is good, I wouldnt modify it. The guitars as I wanna hear them:
The rhytm guitar plays the harmonies and the accords in the first half of the song. In the second half until the end the rhytm guitar plays the main riff as accords. The solo guitar plays the main riff of the song in the first half of the song and plays a very long solo until the song's end.
The two guitars would sound like the two guitars in the GNR song Paradise city.
You are the main singer, but the refrains are singed as a choir with the band mates.
The whole song gives a pure 80's metal feeling with clear voice of you.
