I have been suffering from MND 14 years, i have over come difficulty in swallowing, speech, muscle wasting successfully by my own, now I can walk upto i kilometre without any difficulty, I can hold the breath 🫁 for 10 seconds, my left body was effected, now I have only one problem lack of coordination my right leg goes without any difficulty but my left leg goes with difficult i am from India when I was diagnosed my doctor said every day is my last day 😂😂 now I am 50 surely after 1 year i will overcome my coordination problem also , mentally I very tough customer, in my childhood i have played each and every sport surely that's the reason why I am successfully over come my difficulties
