Hey William, I love both systems but getting them to play nice is another project all together. I would suggest using tags to keep track of where you are between the two systems
@@backstreetpropertyinvestme4692 Yeah I've noticed that making them play nice is not as easy as I thought. Are you using Zapier to update in REISIFT? That's what a few people I know are doing.

For example: If you send 5000 texts you'll probably get alot of not interested, wrong # etc. But do you want all of those as a charge every month from Zapier? Cost vs speed. Keep that in mind

I have been trying to wrap my head around REI REPLY's campaigns, triggers, and, now workflows. The workflows are slowly getting easier to understand. I'm just trying to work myself up to a more useful and effective flow as you have. May I ask how you relaying your findings to REISIFT then if you're not using zaps?
Does every active workflow run when an already existing campaign is in progress? Or to use a workflow for an existing campaign, you must create workflow and import all the steps from that existing campaign
Good Question: A campaign has to be converted into a workflow form to get the multi step options that workflows provide. Go to workflow and use the copy campaign option.

They got rid of campaigns and only offer the workflows now. Very annoying to have to switch up
Copy the campaigns you like and then make adjustments if they're needed

I have a reporting workflow that I've used using smart lists. You can filter almost anything there and export the findings.
