I know this video is 2 years old now. I'm a little late to the party. I'm just curious would u still recommend this 2 years later? Do you still use regularly? And what is your diet? Do you eat whatever you want or stick to salads? Thank you in advance
I still recommend it but I do not use it anymore because my seat broke. I have the old model and it has been changed to a newer model. Currently devoted to my treadmill ❤️.

I found that I would work thighs when I do sumo squats and also if you add weights you will feel it in thighs and booty. I would suggest squaring for 10 minutes straight no stopping. Lol you will feel it the next two days afterwards. 🙂

I bought this about a month ago, I cant figure out how to keep my glutes activated. I only feel the burn in my thighs. Any tips? I struggle concentrating on trying to keep form
I find that wearing shoes helps with keeping heel up while squating. If you put your heel onto the paddles and toes pointed up and squat you should feel it in your glutes . Also, be sure to adjust your seat because everyone has different size legs and some are longer than others. I have to have mine on almost the shortest one 😆.
You can go to dB method site to order or for cheaper option you can use ankle weights to put around your waist. Some is my previous videos has my ankle weights which I felt was more comfortable.
Everyone is different, I suggest that if you determined to use the machine everyday for at least 10 minutes you will start to see results after two week. Atleast for me that was the case. 🙂
It will tighten your abs but without losing the fat surrounding your abs you’ll never see the flatness or definition. I’d recommend walking 30 min to an hour everyday, as well as eating at a caloric deficit and eventually you’ll start to see the results you want. But just know for most people the stomach fat is the last to go when you’re losing weight.
I have back pain from a herniated disc are there a combo maybe of exercises you would recommend for building strong muscles to support your back better that you were talking about?
Quick question... I've been watching all your videos. Got the machine, I'm a little concerned about the quality of the machine. It just reminds me of something that wouldn't last long it seems chincey. Have you noticed that the machine still has the full integrity of its build? P s I've been trying to figure out what those rows are behind your TV 😆
I had mine for over a year and it is still great 👍🏽 The rows behind my tv are for glass shelves that slide through but we took it off because thought it was dangerous for my son since he loves to climb on everything. 🤣
I have used the db method for nine months and did not get any thinner or toned I think the peeps that are using it are young.I have done the videos and did exactly what they said to do .Also my machine is starting to move in its upper parts.Not impressed with it.I have a gf that is 20 years younger then me and it has worked on her.
Oh geese, I’m sorry that it is not working for you. Everyone is different and taking into consideration that age can be a factor. I think what has helped me is increasing the amount of time I use it. There are a few time where I’d put on a movie from Netflix and use the machine and not think about how many I did. That’s the great thing about it. Does your friend do specific exercises on this machine? Also, what is your routine?
@@brandynicholl4532 I do 10 to 15 minutes a day I also do walking tapes 4 times a week Walk 2 miles when weather is good.I also play tennis singles 4 times a week .My machine is starting to move in the hand rails.I really wanted the db method to work .I have a db trainer now and will let you know how it goes.Thanks you for answering my message.

Sometimes when there is a good movie or tv show Ill be on the db and forget how many I do which is fun but your doing pretty much what I do accept for the tennis practice and trainer. It’s worth it. The squeaking stopped once I loosened the piston a little bit. If I didn’t get results than I wouldn’t think it’s worth it but I did. :)

Search dB method exercises and it will bring up the videos of all the different exercises. Try the gladiator glutes. :)

Most likely due to the posture or form when using.
I follow the direction and my posture is on point and I don’t feel it in my glutes

It hasn’t help my stomach at all. Your diet will do that.
