  • Instructions:
    1) Setup: Place a mini resistance band around your upper arms, just above the elbows.
    2) Positioning: Coming into a high plank position on the floor with the hands on the floor under your shoulders.
    3) Perform the Pushup: Lower your body toward the floor by bending your elbows, keeping your body straight from your head to knees.
    Press back up until your arms are straight.
