I really like pink, it's a soothing color. This really turned out lovely. The closest I could come to this is cherry quarts. I'm still out of gold head pins. I bought a Gospel music book & I had fun playing all night with that music. Now I had to top it off by watching you make something amazing...

Hello Wendy, I haven't even opened my box yet. Looking at yours today for the first time. My husband and I just got over the Covid. He is in ministry at church and brought it home. Christmas Eve. Then I got sick Jan 6th. I will be out of quarantine this Wednesday yeah!! Can't wait to get back on the Jewelry making fun. Have a lot to catch up on. I did watch you a couple times while resting. So nice to see the rose gold. I have so much and haven't used it. Hope you use more.

Emmie, There are several jewelry makers on RUclips who make jewelry from the Bargain Bead Box subscriptions (I currently follow 5 -- Misty Moon Designs and Pirate Pretties Jewelry are two others I'd recommend). Their designs are all beautiful and different from each other, and I enjoy seeing what different designers will create with the same beads. Just go to RUclips and search Bargain Bead Box Finished Jewelry and lots of sites will come up. Find the ones whose style you really like and subscribe to those. I can't speak for all the RUclipsrs out there, but I can attest to the fact that Wendy is an excellent instructor with a good design eye. Her style is very much like mine, and she never disappoints. Her channel is definitely one you'll want to subscribe to. Also, her online shop has wonderful prices on beads and more.

Hi Wendy. Another great video. You mentioned in the video that you recommend XURON tools. I want to invest in some better tools than I have now. They were just beginner tools and I think sometimes I have problems with my projects because I need better tools. I have heard you talk about the round nose and flush cutter tool. I was just wondering if there is any other one you would recommend as a good go to in the same product line.

I've got some of those colottes and I roll the loop down before I close them because I make sure the end of the loop is stuck in the colotte and can't open (Don't know if you understand what I mean) 😊

Those come from the Dollar tree. They are in the party section
I googled how to use the clamshell and they used that open end loop as if it were a jump ring and put in right into the lobster claw ring on the end and then closed the loop. Same on the other side just closed the clamshell and then put the jump ring onto the shell and closed the loop.
Wendy, thanks for showing your tutorials. For a beginner like me that's a lot of inspiration. I am still waiting for my Box. It will be my first. I already know that I will need rose gold findings. Do you know where I can get them with a poor budget?
I've got the majority of mine off EBay at resonable prices. I'm from the UK so not sure if you'd find it different, they had Rose Gold starter packs which had a few bits of every finding you'd need to get started which didn't cost much 😊

Are chains tarnish resistant?
Only stainless steel will not tarnish eventually. There is a coating called Eternal Jewelry Coating that you can put on to help prevent tarnish. Or just a plain ole jewelry cleaning cloth works to clean up tarnish. But all metals with the exception of stainless steel will eventually tarnish even if they say they are tarnish resistant : )
