Not for the sake of censorship, just cause logically speaking I don’t see why the clothes would suddenly…disappear… But it was edited kind of poorly so I prefer the original much more.

I caught the movie Hostel's ending. You know, the ending with the main movie's antagonist member of the Elite Hunting Club responsible for Paxton's and his friend's predicament? And him getting lured with the EHC business card, and then getting his hand cut up and his throat slit in the bathroom stall? All the blood was just blurred out, and the violent scene was all jumpy, and edited down. My face was like: (o_____________o) Was NOT expecting that. I was talking about it to some of my new friends later in the lobby, and they just laughed. They already knew, particularly the Korean-born ones. I never thought of Sailor Moon's transformation scenes as sexually-charged in any way. I loved those scenes because the animation is astonishingly beautiful and creative.
I'm fairly impressed with Korea. The only thing that was not quite good was the lack of detail it had. It just looked like an animation and y'all know sailor moon is great for it's detail
In the Korean version, they just kept showing the final spins over and over. I think Indonesia did something similar by simply cutting to the end scene where they'd be fully clothed.
The Korean dub from the 90s just repeated the same footage over and over. The redub just skips to the ending pose so at least it doesn't waste the viewers time.

They politicking & they are not yet move on(until now) because of japanese invasion in korea from 1910 to 1945. For me the original japanese version is complete and no censors.

You are right, but maybe Korea(at least at the time) had a different view about nudity seen in scenes like this transformation, yes, nudity wasn't showed in a bad way, but the korean's culture is different than the japanese's one.

Honestly the Korean transformation is really nice, and if its gonna be censored might as well be good at it. Some of the beats are off though that make me kinda eh on it.

My opinion on korea: Its really nice and colorful, I like the beginning part to, even if they did censor it a lot I'd still enjoy this and watch it as a kid! 8/10 :) My opinion on japan: I like the ending a lot the heart seemed a bit more vibrant and more fat should I put it?.. personally I don't like how she looks naked but the whole thing was really nice and very pleasing to the eye, I do like how they didn't show her eyes as often as they did with the Korean version so 8/10 aswell!
I find it rather interesting that Korea censored some parts by completely cutting them out whereas the original, the Japanese version didn’t. I didn’t know other countries could do that besides the obvious fact that they would translate everything, but I think it’s just because of different policies and audiences.

My favorite Korean censorship is an anime called "new game" They censored the pantsu shots cheaply (blured the area) that made the characters almost looks like no pantsu.
I didn't grow up watching sailor moon but I was exposed to the japanese version before the usa or korean version and prefer the korean version. Even as a kid i didnt really like how there was so much nudity in sailor moon, seriously it got me thinking how was this dvd in the kid's section??! but the usa censors often was too obvious that it killed the mood. I think korea's censorship at least regarding the transformation is alright.

I find it rather interesting that Korea censored some parts by completely cutting them out whereas the original, the Japanese version didn’t. I didn’t know other countries could do that besides the obvious fact that they would translate everything, but I think it’s just because of different policies and audiences.

The very censored version of Sailor Moon is Korean show. Even though i'm not perfect.
My favorite Korean censorship is an anime called "new game"
They censored the pantsu shots cheaply (blured the area) that made the characters almost looks like no pantsu.

I didn't grow up watching sailor moon but I was exposed to the japanese version before the usa or korean version and prefer the korean version.
Even as a kid i didnt really like how there was so much nudity in sailor moon, seriously it got me thinking how was this dvd in the kid's section??! but the usa censors often was too obvious that it killed the mood. I think korea's censorship at least regarding the transformation is alright.
