This is completely new to me, had no idea ela lore went this deep
In order for happiness to have meaning you need sadness to compare it with and the same is true in reverse. Both are fleeting though. You can't stay within either one endlessly. What Kaela says makes sense. You could be successful yet feel empty and unfulfilled inside. It makes sense that her lore is not just a back story of her persona like her peers. It also explains why Kaela isn't fond of being called a penguin as it basically mocks her lore which she holds dear to herself. She's shown she has a sense of humor but one can't blame Kaela for disliking the penguin reference. It makes light of her lore which is as showcased in this video very personal and dear to her. Anyone would react the same way if what they held dear like Kaela does was mocked albeit innocently without malice.
Idk about the Penguin part she seem unfazed by it. But yea dude, this is so true, you need sadness to appreciate happiness. Otherwise you wont know if what you have is happiness or something else. Alot of people dont realize they are happy, until they go hard to shake up their life and realize what they lost. Life is so weird.

Words cannot express how much I adore and relate to Kaela. Funny how an anime persona is one of the realest, most down to earth streamers out there. The world would be a better place if more people could accept themselves, for better or worse, like Kaela can.

I want to say something but I don't have enough vocabulary in english language to convey my thoughts, hell i don't even have enough vocabulary in my own language to convey that

I think she would be surprised that there are others whose Lore also mirrors their RL stories. I don't mean to break the immersion but it's true. I can't go into details or give examples that would be rude of me but just try to listen closely and read between the lines. Maybe it's easier for me who has lived different lives trying to find myself my experiences help to to better empathize with people but it's not the years it's the mileage I've met many young people who have gone through trials that have opened their eyes to a bigger picture. My own oshi has been through many things that i have that's why she's my oshi. she has walked many of the same paths as i have that's why i can understand what she says when she isn't saying it. I am so proud of her growth I've been watching her since her debut. sometimes ill catch things from other Vtubers as well. Try watching your oshies closer and you might find you don't just like them youll see pieces of them in you or vice versus
