Great video Pete. I am enjoying my HST and I am trying to decide between a Janus or Sculpture Mono for my next Begali.

Thanks for the nice video, Pete. I am also trying to decide between the Janus and Sculpture Mono.
When set up as "single lever" how would you compare the feel and function to the Sculpture Mono?
Find any noticeable compromise in dual paddle iambic mode?

i own Janus, Leonessa and Sculpture mono
leonessa and janus are almost the same.. but with sculpture mono and sweat fingers it is possible to pull the paddle and ad a dot when ending giving dahs and opposite
i have to setup the mono with larger spacing and more tension to avoid this

It looks like the main Arm levers that extend from the Central beating are much thicker on the Leonessa than they are the Janus. Am I correct or is it an optical illusion ?
They are thicker and are separate to the paddles. On the Janie the paddles and arms are one piece.
Do you like the hst better than the Janus
