The change from the WWF to the WWE happened because of a legal issue with the World Wildlife Fund (which also spells WWF in its initials) they sued the WWE (back when they were the WWF) for trademark infringement which forced them to change the name to the WWE. That's not a mandela effect that's the reason why those WWF logos are edited out without the F. They had to do that on purpose.

Owen Hart actually did win the title against Bret Hart at a free for all event in 1994, sadly it was never acknowledged and they gave the title back to Bret.
