@speedforcespector Thanks! Escape From the Isle of the Lost isn't as high stakes as the first three books are. It almost just feels like one of those "last summer before college road trip" books! I've loved hearing everybody's thoughts on the relationships of the characters in the books vs movies, and even outside both stories! I'm a big believer that even if he only sees her as a sibling, nobody truly loves Mal (and this is mostly from context in the books) more than Jay does! (Evie and Carlos are also extremely close in the books!)
