Good job you did great! The only thing that is affecting your animations now is the light flickering. To prevent light flickering and changes you just need to block any lights from windows from coming in and deciding if you want a light on or off for your animation. Once you do this your animations will come out better without the distraction of flickering in the playback and you will be set (Also the animation is really smooth all i reccomend you do to is turn up the frame rate that the animation plays at) Good luck in the future guy. you've inspired me to start this hobby up again.
