Well the plot holes are big like I said. A lot of fights are won through stuff like the stereotypical "power of friendship" and not actual skill or training. Some of the most powerful and adept characters get over-shadowed like Neji for example and Lee. Sasuke is probably the worst, his character development just goes completely down the toilet. And his power ups are really non-sensical to the point where he's seemingly unstoppable in some fights, it's ridiculous. In my opinion, the show should have stopped at the Pein arc. It all went downhill fast from there.
