They changed their whole style since the new singer came to the band. i think they become a more serious band, which its a good thing
Well, when Marc came to DragonForce, they changed, yes, but not at all. Some songs are still the past style, like Heart of the storm, Last man stands, Wings of liberty, Tomorrow's kings, City of gold, Fight to be free, Ashes of the dawn, Astral Empire, Midnight madness, Hatred and revenge, and finally Highway to oblivion. These songs are the Sam style, in other words, the past style

Also, the lyrics have meaning now. Tomorrows Kings is about a sperm race lol
Is this the song is your example of them getting more serious? Lmao. They're actually going the exact opposite direction, these songs are way more fun than the last amount of rubbish wankery they've been releasing since Ultra Beatdown. Just check out the film clips for the songs on this album

You might like their other new song they released about like about a month ago Highway to Oblivion . Both of these songs are awesome . An interesting song that Marc did is called Edge of the World . Its there longest song they made and also the first time Marc sang death metal lyrics . (They're awesome ) You should definitly react to edge of the world .
For an old song that he sang there's a Live Blu Ray DVD they released about 4 years ago . I bought it and it was insane . 2 or 3 songs I reccomend for you to react are Black Winter Night or Fury of the Storm or Valley of the Damned . Definitely should react to those too.

Hello!! Perhaps I've seen this name in the past but I'm pretty sure that I've never heard any song by them
🤔... Little bit weird beginning with that gaming thing😮... But it also brought me some great memories from my childhood!! I still have an original SEGA MEGA DRIVE-console in my closet!! (which for some weird reason I haven't played in like two decades😂😂..) mostly I have some driving games to it so perhaps that is the reason because the graphics has changed quite a lot after early 90's😂.... But maybe I need to try if it still works😅..
About "guitarhero"..... Yeah, well I have tried the game few times but I always said to my friend, who was a huge fan of those games, that I much more prefer playing the actual guitar and that it gives me a much more pleasure than pressing repeatedly only five buttons on some weird stick😂😂....
The song was pretty good and I liked that beginning when the instrumentation kicked in and it was very easy to listen🤘.. The singer has very cool powerful voice and it fit completely into a style like this!! Perhaps not SO catchy song overall but those choruses were great and I can definetily hear some more from them😉...

Btw☝️This video actually reminded me about "Equilibrium - Renegades" or actually an 8-bit version of it that was released couple of weeks ago!!! It was like it would have been a theme song for a game from this era!! It was so funny in a way so if you like to listen it by yourself, (not a reaction), I leave the link here😉

Their new singer Marc Hudson, in my opinion, is a much better live singer than their old singer ZP Theart, who was very inconsistent. But ZP was a better studio singer than Marc.
In terms of voice in studio, I like ZP's voice more because is heavier and darker but also more magical. It seems more powerfull. Marc's voice is good too but not as good as ZP in my opinion. Marc style is more like this song or The edge of the world, the lower notes fit perfectly with Marc. They have different vocal styles, I love Marc and all but I still prefer ZP's voice, its like a legendary voice for me
Carlos Ramírez I like Marc’s sound too, but ZP is legendary. ZP just wanted to go in a more rock and roll musical direction though. Check out his live performances with Skid Row, he’s pretty cool.
