- Euler's disk explained and the science behind it. How does it work? let's go over precession, rolling friction, kinetic energy, gravitational potential energy, spoiling and much more! Science and physics is so cool! We have a slow motion camera and we are going to look at just how amazing this metal disk named after the great Leonhard Euler by Joseph Bendik.

Great work. I've seen a couple of your videos now - Excited to see where this channel goes.
Seriously, I am geeking out here knowing that you have watched some of my videos! Thanks for letting me know! You made my day.
"If not for physics and law enforcement, I would be unstoppable!"
Wow at first it's like... no big deal! but towards the end.... WHOAH. That is intensely trippy.
Right! It drives some of my family crazy with the sound ;)
I could probably watch that disk spin for 10 minutes!
The auto captions thought the noise was a dog! Lol Awesome video! Physics is fun!
So interesting and informative especially when you get into it in slow motion.
Great video. I hope you do more!
Excellent video!!! I'm sorry it has taken me so long to watch (I've been busier than ever for the last month), but MAN I love this content!!! I definitely learned a few things today and was mesmerized by the spinning science! Keep it up!
Great channel. Nice production. One more toward 1,000 soon for you. Next we'll see you two on the Learning channel. Congrats
Thanks! We don't know where this channel is going, but we are along for the ride!
So much to love!
- Eliana in a classroom!
- A disembodied hand in a lab coat!
- Awesome shiny guitar picks!
Who can decide?? 😎
Air resistance plays a significant part. I know gravity is essential for this to work but would reduced gravity increase the time. The only way really to test this is when someone goes back to the moon.
I mean they tested the hammer and feather why not this!
