    I had the pleasure of seeing this beautiful aquascape today and meeting it's creator, Jakub. It's even more beautiful in person and Jakub patiently and passionately answered all my questions about planted tanks, even though I'm not quite ready to begin purchasing materials. Had a great experience at Premiere Aquatics and will definitely be back!

    Beautiful tank--in that time lapse, were you dosing anything into the water, or was that growth just from substrate+light+co2?

      This system was run only on Tropica All-in-One fertilizer. Green Bottle, dosed after water changes.

    Just came across your RUclips channel; I was actually planning to visit the store and have a look around for inspiration. Post-pandemic-apocalypse, do you guys still have any large pieces of driftwood for sale? If I set up my 45 gal tank, I’d like one showpiece, kinda like this, for balance (it’s a 24” high tank).

    Does the cabinet have a fake finish on it? Would it be significantly cheaper to build my own cabinet, or to find another one? These cabinets raise the price on the order a ton!

      The Waterbox cabinets are made out of a furniture grade plywood with a wood style veneer on top. The panels are also coated with a UV protective coating to help prevent water damage.

      @@premieraquatics5207 Ah. So there's a reason for it being expensive. Worthy investment.

    Wow! Looks great! Do you guys carry driftwood in store and if so, how much is it?

    • @premieraquatics5207

      Thank You! Yes we do we carry driftwood at the store. We have Talawa Wood (Used in the video), Malaysian, Spider Wood, and Amazon Wood currently in-stock. Prices will range from $6.99 to $150 depending on the type of wood and how large it is. The Talawa specifically ranges between $15 - $60 per piece.

    Did you not run a heater for this tank?

    • @aX1o
      @aX1o 4 года назад +1

      We do not. We keep our store at 76 degrees since we stock a lot of fish. So this tank stays around 75 with out a heater.

    Did you guys track the cost to customer for this setup? plants, fish, substrate, co2 equipment, tank, stand, etc... This is EXACTLY what i want and wondering how much I need to start saving , hah :)

    • @premieraquatics5207
      @premieraquatics5207  4 года назад

      Hello =) Yes we do have this system priced out. It would be around $2900 for the setup as we have it setup now. That includes livestock such as fish and plants used. Also includes the price of the UV Sterilizer and Hydra Inflow/Outflow pipes that we installed at a later date and shown in a different video. If you would like a more exact break down of everything please don't hesitate to email me at jakub@premieraquatics.net

    Can you list out the plants used here?

    • @premieraquatics5207
      @premieraquatics5207  4 года назад

      Hello =) All the plants used came from the Tropica 1-2-3 Grow line of tissue culture cups. Here is what we used in the display... Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini' , Eleocharis acicularis 'Mini' , Hygrophila 'Araguaia' , Hygrophila pinnatifida , Rotala 'Vietnam H'ra', and Staurogyne repens
