I think these have been the best ones so far and I love them all but these are just so special and you can really feel the love and emotions throughout all 3 of them I thought I would make it and not cry but Esme just undid me with her reaction and it all kind of snowballed from there. I breast fed all 7 of my babies and i struggled with milk supply a few times. I can honestly say the best thing ever for building up your milk is feed your gorgeous little man little and often. You become as full as a jersey cow pretty fast. Good luck. It's so worth it. Xo

Beautiful name congrats to you all!! 😍 I'm still breastfeeding my 16 month old and she was always on one of the higher percentiles 🙈🤣 the best thing i found to keep my milk supply up was plenty of water, porridge oats with nuts honey ect, spinach and fennel tea
👌 i feed her on demand rather than timing feeds as the more often he feeds the more milk will be produced 👍 good luck, you can do this 💓
