This is actually not an accurate representation of these Pokemon. In most cases metagros would win. 1. Metagros deals more damage than Mewtwo 2. Metagros has shielding 3. It buffs it's own attack. 4. If the unite move doesn't get cancelled it is a game changer for your team.
One use for Mewtwo’s unite move that not a lot of people realize is that since it hits every enemy’s location, it can be used to block big scores from the enemy team if you can’t reach them in time. I used it to buy time to block and kill an enemy meowscarada with a stack of 50 a few games back
You also shouldnt compare the two, metagross is going to be built like a tank, and have acompletely different playstyle than mewtwo. This Short shouldnt be taken litterally.

When metagross first came out holyyy shiiit i would be takin on the whole team by myself dam near all at once and walkin away victorious!! He couldnt be stopped i saved my replay of one battle i had 34 kills with a couple assists. Then they nerfed him and it just wasnt the same. At first tho, it wasnt fair not gonna lie lol
It's easy to compare a Pokémon that requires mechanics versus one that only needs a button.

Bro uses meteor mash for comparison and only uses the first part bc “basic attack”
What’s strong about meteor mash is the boosted auto attack after, which would put it about Mew2. This means little.
