friends i am on self improvement... ok .. in winter started workout from .. so i was doing pushup squats diamond pushup then hindupushup at last i was finish stuff with side plank you dont believe me i got fucking huge shouler with veins.. nice chest but not biceps are too much big.. but as we expect from home workout that one is best.. so i dont know anything... but everyone must do workout in morning and do workout till failure ... and in proper form you will get result ... and yeass.. if you do in winter that is best period it enhance your digestion and muscles❤❤
