Has anyone ever thought that Eren is being controlled by Ymir? (Even the scene where eren and Ymir are standing side to side in the coordinated path). I’m not a manga ready so DON’T spoil it! BUTTTTT, even the scene where the boy at the beginning is seeing Ymir and the fact that Eren is GENUINELY saying I’m sorry over and over is because he CAN’T stop. He HAS to keep moving forward. Not because he wants to… but because of the founder. He’s obtained it, but he isn’t THE founder. I could be wayyyy off, but Ymir might have some more stuff to her than we know 😶🤷🏾♀️

Eren can send them his memories to the past because he had the Founding + the Attack Titan, in aot the timeline it is the end who influenced the beggining like a loop with no end just like Eren manipulating and sending back memories even he wasn’t already born, since 2000 years him and Ymir share the same fate slave to their destiny together they will prove that they deserve freedom because they were born into this world they are in a false conviction that they are doing the Rumbling by their own but that just proving Eren is a slave of his desir of freedom he could had stop when he ask to Mikasa his question but she responded exactly how he knew so he will keep moving forward for proving he wasn’t forced to do the Rumbling but We all now he actually was, he is the most slave character in aot.
That's literally the point Kiyomi was making. People only realise something after loss. She was asking why that keeps happening, regardless of circumstances. The story is literally trying to make a point why blame is not productive & ultimately holds everyone back from progress.
