Yep, they’re now finding every chronic disease is linked to high insulin/insulin resistance, which is caused by eating too many carbs (including sugar) too often. It’s estimated that 93% of American adults are insulin resistant and metabolically unhealthy.

i would reduce the carbs to they turn into the same thing as sugar in the the body glucose , the body makes its own glucose if you eat to much sugar and carbs you flood you body with glucose and thats how people become insulin resistant aka diabetes, also seed oils are also terrible for the body use animal fat instead it was demonised as a escape goat so the the sugar and seed oil company's could rise to make profit over health

Insulin is the reason our bodies store fat. The more insulin over time, the more fat stored over time.
Insulin is raised by glucose. Glucose comes from any carbohydrate. Sugar, bread, rice, pasta, etc.
All other hormones that trigger fat gain do so by signaling for more insulin (like cortisol)
Exercise can make a 10 percent dent in your fat stores because it burns up glucose, thus lowering insulin levels and allowing stored fat to be used.
90 percent is diet. The more carbs you avoid, the more fat you will shed
Type 1 diabetics have 0 insulin. Before there was treatment, they would waste away and die because there was no signal to store fat.
The worst carbs are the ones that hit your system fast, like sugar, bread, and pasta. The better carbs are the ones that hot you slowly. Vegetables and sweet potatoes.
Easiest way to simplify changing your life is to eat only whole natural above ground foods. There is no way to overeat that continually. Even if you tried to prove a point and force feed yourself those foods for several days or a week, you would get really sick and throw up.

These companies are following the guidelines set by the government who are elected by the people that complain about the problems they cause themselves. I've gone through some radical changes in my life with fitness and the heart of the issue here lies with the user of the product. Sugar is not the problem, it's not good for you and I am happy to say that. But how many people follow the macro nutrients on the back and the portions you should be having. Why is it when these documentaries are made that for some reason people start to read and care about the macro nutrients contents it's been there the whole time it's the law. The issue is not the product it's people. They should try the experiment where they cut of government funded medical centers and stop treating for obesity related issues. The ownus should be on the individual.
