The song basically highlights the current political, economic, social and religious realities in Nigeria. It does so both literally and metaphorically. Metaphor or conceit is deployed in the song via the representation of the incumbent government as an uninspiring driver of a bus (Nigeria) and Falz, Tekno and many other Nigerians are tired of being passengers (the governed) of the fruitless and futile voyage, and they are ready to alight from the bus. "O wa" (meaning literally "there is") is Yoruba expression commonly used in Lagos and some other cities in Nigeria to signal the readiness of a passenger to alight from a bus. There is the use of a pun when Falz queries the man in Agbada for refusing to give him "change" just as a regular passenger would ask a bus driver/conductor in Nigeria for his/her balance ("change"). Meanwhile, Falz was figuratively demanding the change in governance that the incumbent government promised while campaigning before its emergence which it has apparently failed to deliver.
Idk if anyone in the comments said this already but the reason people in the video are lining up at the ATM is because of the cash crunch rn in Nigeria. The central bank decided to remove all the old naira notes of higher denominations, so there's very little cash in the country. By force cashless economy
