Marcus Harness is an absolute machine. This season at the start of the championship season he was banging them in. He might of had more competition with the loans but he can clearly make it happen. Hope he stays for the Prem and gets a chance.
I would not say this is the best team we have had in the last 25 years, BUT I have never seen us play this well as a team since our 00/01 Prem season. We are playing with confidence, flair, movement and with purpose. Not lazily just hoofing the ball up the field and relying on a bit of luck or a lucky bounce to get towards goal. I was at the home match against Burton and we scored quality goals in that 4-0 win. We were very shakey at the start and slow out the gate, but after 20 minutes we turned it on and chance after chance became a goal. To see us playing attractive football like this is a joy to see. With a few improvements in 2 or 3 areas, I can see us doing very well in our return championship season!
Hard to make comparisons when looking at 25 years and also when the club was in a rut. The squad that won promotion has a lot of potential; it'll probably need a few additions.
I forgot how great that litte run by Tjj was 1min mark ( i think it was Tjj) amazing season, great goals, loads of well taken and brilliant ideas etc, no scrappy stuff
Yeah that stood out and i was looking for who number 14 was. Will he get the chance again at Ipswich though. Hopefully Hirst will find his way back too and give the championship defences something to think about.
@@73dlb I think the person I said was the goal scorer haha But yes I hope hirst does come back but then again even if we get someone just a capable then I’m happy. I don’t want to rely on one back up striker. And it’s totally up to the owners if they wanna try buy hirst or if Leicester are gonna let him go.
I don’t think the Championship need hold any fears, a few players there will shine I believe. Ladapo and Broadhead to name but two. Be good to get Hirst back if possible as well.

73 normal goals 4 pens 6 deflected and 18 screamers. We made our own luck this season without relying on scrappy goals off the defenders backside.
In a season with some fantastic goals, the Derby counter attack and Hirsts goal at Barnsley will live long in the memory.
