This is one of my favorite houses. My kids and I have watched this video over and over again. I wish I knew the architecture of this property. It is absolutely amazing. The presenting as well Marussia is absolutely fantastic, you make me love the house even more😂❤

Being based in the UK, I have lost count of how many times I have watched this house and the one in Cornwall. The land is so big and to imagine how small are most stands in UK and very expensive, this is like you buying a plot for nothing❤❤❤.

Am out of words, this house is beautiful, and the garden is very big. You can build almost more 8 houses of the same land and still have 2400m² to spare. 455 000£ buys you a 2 or 3 small bedroom house on a 200m² land in the UK, so most probably the living room is bigger than a full house in the UK.

Great presentation. This property really brings meaning to the phrase "larger than life!" I feel they skimped on the pool though. A property this size needs a pool that reflects how grande it is. Also, all that space means you can add a tennis and basketball court, but at least those can be easily added by the buyer unlike the pool. Otherwise well done and thank you for the work you do. I recall that one in Birdwood - just checked my notes. I posted it on my Instagram in May 2022. Still same price, it seems. It was furnished back then. Empty now? I’ll check with the agent Siya if there’s any interest in a tour. Not sure if it’ll be with Marussia though as the listing agent might prefer to do it himself 🤔
